I went into the site with the link provided. When I tried to log in my browser warned me it was not a trusted site but gave me the option to override it, which I did. After filling in the requested details, there was a box with instructions "To prevent spam, please type in the two words below."
It was extremely difficult to make out one of the words, but after 2 goes I seemed to get it right and it accepted my signature.
It was as though they tried to make it as difficult as possible to register your signature.
