Apple Slice

Mango fruitcake is very nice Hugh passed it on to a few friends.
I have a very nice and easy Apple slice to share, making desserts
is not exactly my forte, but this one never fails me...


Apple Slice

Base..1 Packet vanilla cake mix,
1cup of coconut,
125g butter or marg. ( 4oz )

Filling...425g tin of apples
200ml of sour cream, ( more if you wish)
cinnamon

Mix together cake mix, coconut and butter,
Bake in moderate(180c) oven 20mts,
Remove cake base from oven,spread with apple,
pour sour cream over, sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake for a further 10-15 mts.

This is nice hot or cold....
