    im sure if this is in the wrong place a moderater will move it for me,but when in town today i noticed they have started work on saltcoats town hall, im pretty sure its to make it wind and waterproof,im sure they secured funding for that a few months back,hopefully through time and with the funding it will be back where it belongs,right in the heart of the community.
