I empathise that you cannot vote, but I think you understand why. I agree the English people response would be deafening, but for the wrong reasons. IMHO.
Just shows you we live in Scotland, different issues, views, culture, standards and needs. Therefore, they don't see it as we do. So who can blame them, we give the benefit of the doubt, but the louder we shout/defend the harder we fall and are slated.

Therefore, the referendum vote should only go to the scottish people as only they know what they are voting for or reasons behind it. I'm glad the referendum is 2014, as the Scottish voters are only beginning to wake up and start getting interested in this serious debate/decision. Some may not bother until next year, and yet the Coalition wants it beforehand.
