    MEAT LOAF

    Postby joromomi » Tue Mar 15, 2005 4:08 am

This is a great recipe for meat loaf. My husband was just saying today he likes it better than mince and tatties.
    1 beaten egg,
    1 tsp. poultry seas.
    2 cups bread crumbs.
    1 minced onion.
    3/4 cup milk.
    1 1/2 tsp. salt.
    dash pepper.
    1 1/2 lbs. ground beef.
    pinch garlic powder.

    1. combine egg, milk, poultry seas.,salt, pepper,& breadcrumbs and let stand for 5 mins.
    2. Add minced onions, beef, garlic powder.
    3. Fill loaf pan with mixture.
    4. Bake 350-1 1/2 hrs. Turn out on baking tray for 10 mins. at 450.
    Slice..........good hot or cold......Joyce
