board attachment quota

I was trying to put a photo on and got a message it was too big ,so I shrunk it ,then the message said ,Sorry the board attachment Quota has been reached,can any body tell me what this means,Sam.

Hi Sam,

We were very close to our maximum attachment quota and the image you tried to upload would have taken us over that quota.

Not to fear I've increased the quota substantially.

Can I add it would be helpful if members used a free image hosting site such as photobucket for images unrelated to the three towns.
