    Is that Thomas Stirrat Blackwood 1869 grandparents Thomas Stirrat 1808 and Isabella Scott 1816. Have him married to a Mary ? c1872 Ardrossan ,then Jessie McCracken.Goes back to Robert Scott c1717 in Stanley and Janet Wright c1717 in Ardrossan.

Antrim; on 1 Oct 1740, was paid £2100 for the lease & re-lease of land in Ballygown & Edenderry & a watermill & fee faerm in Glaskermore & Glaskerbeg ; Robert Donaldson may have just been acting as agent ; others mentioned were Elizabeth Creighton (nee McDouall) wife of Hon. William Dalrymple of Glenmure , Ayr, Scotland, Dr. James Dalrymple Esq. of Dunraggett, Wigtownshire, Alexander Ross of Wigtownshire ( factor to Dalrymple) , Charles Innes (Comptroller of Customs, Stranraer, Wigtownshire) & Rev. Walter Lowry of Reidcastle, Kirkcudbrightshire, Scotland Registry of Deeds, Dublin
